Online Admission – Terms & Conditions

By submitting an online admission application to DimerSchool International Academy (DSIA), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any policies referenced herein.

• Payments must be made through the approved channels listed on the DSIA platform.

• DSIA is not responsible for payment errors caused by incorrect payment details or third-party services.

• DSIA collects applicant data solely for admission, academic placement, and administrative purposes.

• Information will be handled in accordance with DSIA’s Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

• DSIA will not share personal information with third parties except where legally required or necessary for school operations.

7. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Parents/guardians submitting applications agree to:

• Ensure timely submission of documents and fees.

• Review all DSIA policies, including academic, behavioral, and financial obligations before confirming enrollment.

8. Withdrawal & Cancellation

• If a parent/guardian wishes to withdraw an application, written notification must be sent to DSIA.

• Fees already paid may not be refundable depending on the stage of the admission process.

9. School Policies and Regulations

• Upon successful admission, parents/guardians and students must comply with all DSIA policies, including attendance, discipline, academic standards, and code of conduct.

10. Platform Usage & Technical Issues

• DSIA is not liable for technical issues (e.g., network interruptions, browser errors) experienced during online form submission.

• Applicants are responsible for confirming that their application has been successfully submitted.

11. Admission Decision

• DSIA’s admission decisions are final.

• The school reserves the right to offer or deny admission based on its internal criteria and capacity limits.
